• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
• Custom, personalized, or final‑sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a comparable box. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired product. Once the original item is received and approved, we will issue a refund for that purchase.
